Obituary of Zai'yon Levine Dickerson

Zai’yon Levine Dickerson was born on April 21, 2015 to Levine Dickerson and Chermia Jackson, in Shore Memorial Hospital, Somers Point, New Jersey.  He departed this life suddenly on January 28, 2019.

Zai’yon, or “Little Man” as he was called by his grandmother, was a happy child.  He enjoyed music, and watching the snow.  He also enjoyed watching his cartoons.  His favorite cartoons were Paw Patrol, Blaze, Monster Machine, and Peppa Pig.  You could see Zai’yon and his father Levine all over the city.

He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Cherese Jackson.

He leaves to mourn his loss; his father, Levine Dickerson; his mother, Chermia Jackson; a brother, Tavaughn Morgan; three sisters, Zha’niyah Samuels, Zam’uiyah Dickerson and Sequoia Barabin; his paternal grandmother, Yolanda Dickerson; his maternal grandfather, George Gordy; his paternal great grandmothers, Margaret Forrest and Ella Dickerson, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and family members who will miss him dearly.
