Obituary of Nathan Phillips

 Nathan Mitchell Phillips was born on July 31st 1961 to parents Mary, and Nathaniel Phillips of Pine Hill, New Jersey. Nathan was known by many for his charming personality, and athletic skills.

In his youth Nathan was a phenomenal basketball player; awarded the MVP all state New Jersey title, along with other various awards, and trophies. He then went on to receive a full athletic Scholarship to Cheyney University. Following his return home, he attended Camden County College to further his education.

Briefly after he settled into a career of professional barbering; one of his many passions.

Today Nathan is survived by his sons Nathan M. Phillips II, Corey T. Phillips, Andre E. Phillips, and their mother Tonya M. Garlic, his youngest son Latrell N. Phillips, and his mother Beverly Cole. Also surviving Nathan are his two beautiful Grandchildren Nyisa M. Phillips, Nathan M. Phillips III, his sister Lauri Phillips-Ennis, and Brother Michae’El Bey. It is no doubt that Nathan will surely be missed by an abundance of relatives, and friends.
