Clarence Wilberto Moore, Sr. affectionately known as Daddy, Pop-pop, Grandpop, Clem was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama to Ralph Moore and Jane Graham Moore on January 31st, 1930. He was the youngest of four children. Clarence Wilberts Moore was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama to Ralph and Louisa Moore. He relocated along with his parents and three sisters, olga, Edith and Edna to Gomboa, located in the Canal Zone. He was educated by the American School system there where he graduated high school. He furthered his education by graduating from the University of Panama. He also attended Camden County College for Business Administration. Clarence enjoyed baseball and played professional baseball for 20 years. Belonging to the Brooklyn Dodgers, Cleveland Indians, Washington Senators, Kansas City Athletics and the St. Louis Organization. Belonging yo these teams allowed Clarence to be able to travel extensively. He visited at least 40 of the U.S. States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. In May 1979, Clarence was joined in Holy Matrimony to Evangelist Mae Crogger. Clarence's Christian experience started wt the age of 6, where he attended the St. James Pentecostal Church and later the Roman Catholic Church where he served as an Altar Boy. When he relocated to the United States, he served on the coir and the Building Committee at St. John's Methodist Church. He later joined St. Matthews Baptist Church Baptist Church in Williamstown, NJ. There, Clarence served on the Building Committee Discipleship Teacher for new members. He also taught adult Sunday School, facilitator for Men's Bible study, a driver for the Van Ministry. He was also member of the Prayer Ministry, Outreach Ministry and Coordinator of the Wall Builders Ministry. In March 1997, Clarence was ordained as a Deacon where he served as recording Secretary. Other services include assistance-recording secretary of the Deacons Union of South Jersey and the Ebenezer Missionary Ministry and administrator of the Maya Moore Ministries. In 2011, Clarence and his wife joined The Lighthouse of Deliverance Gospel Church in Lindenwold, NJ, Under the leadership of Bishop Anthony Harley. There he taught Sunday School, a member of the Men's Ministries and a volunteer for many events. Clarence loved the Lord, his family and his many friends. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Mae Moore, his children Venus Melvin McClinton, Clarence Nadeese Moore, Jr., Luis Moore, Deborah Moore, Antonio Moore, Karl Amy Moore, Ken Moore, Torre Pattani; thirty eight grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, sister Edna Edward preceded in death by his mother Janes. Sisters Edith Watson, Olga TToomer, son Dax Pattani and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
