Obituary of Dante' Kyree Andre' Goffney

Dante' Kyree Andre' Goffney was born in Our Lady of Lords Hospital in Camden, NJ on December 5, 1983 to Darleen Goffney and the late Clarence A. Maxwell. He departed his life on June 22, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE.
Dante' spent most of his younger years in Charlotte, NC with his Grandmother the late Marva Maxwell, Great Grandmother the late Sara W. Wright, and his cousin Apostle Dr. R. Clarence Hester "RC", until moving to Virginia with his uncle (Larry) and Aunt (Monique). While in Charlotte, he attended J.H. Gunn Elementary School. Upon moving to Virginia, he attended Rippon Middle School and Forest Park High School. After high school, Dante' moved back to New Jersey.
While in New Jersey, Dante' worked hard for his money. He held down several jobs such as a vacuum cleaner repair man, custodian at Bethany Baptist Church in Lindenwold, NJ, and a delivery driver for Instacart before becoming an entrepreneur holding many other roles. Dante' was also a part of the South Jersey Chapter of the Free Masons.
Dante' was an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls and The New England Patriots. Often bumping heads with his mom over which team was better as she is a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Dante' had a love for Cadillacs, which is something he inherited from his grandfathers. His dream car was the Cadillac Escalade.
Dante' is preceded in death by his Father Clarence A. Maxwell, his Grandmothers: Janice Goffney and Marva Maxwell, his Grandfather Sidney Goffney, Great Grandmother Sara E. Wright, his Great Grandfather Paul Maxwell, Sr. and Uncle Benjamin Searles, Jr.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories are his Mother Darlene Goffney; his 5 Children: Tashiana, Ariana, Alexis, Destiny & Josiah; Step Children: Callieah, James, Nyfeese & Laila; his Fiancée Rosalyn; his Siblings: Nakia, Lamont & Adeah; his Niece Amaria & Nephew Amir; Grandmother Violet Goffney, Great Grandmother Madeline Maxwell, Grandfather Paul Maxwell, Jr.; a very special Cousin whom he called his brother Apostle Dr. R. Clarence Hester and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family and Friends.
